Terms & Conditions – LEVANA DIGITAL

Welcome to LEVANA DIGITAL! By engaging our services, using our website, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth partnership.

1. Service Agreement

All projects begin with a detailed scope discussion. Once both parties approve the proposal and the advance payment is received, a formal work order is issued. This document serves as the complete agreement between LEVANA DIGITAL and the client.

2. Payment Terms

• Standard payment structure: 60% advance, 30–40% on milestone/demo, balance before final delivery
• All payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay gateway
• GST at actuals is added to every invoice
• Full ownership and source files are released immediately after 100% payment clearance

3. Project Timeline

Timelines begin from the date of advance payment and receipt of complete content/requirements. Delays in feedback, content, or approvals automatically extend the delivery date proportionally.

4. Revisions & Changes

Unlimited revisions are included in every package within the original scope. Additional features or major changes after approval are treated as new milestones with separate pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear briefs, content, images, and access (hosting, social accounts, etc.) on time
• Respond to approval requests within 3 working days
• Ensure all supplied material does not infringe third-party copyrights

6. Third-Party Services

Hosting, domain, paid plugins, stock images, SMS credits, ad budgets, and app store fees remain the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the proposal.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, strategies, and client data completely confidential.

8. Delivery & Ownership

Upon 100% payment:

• Complete source files, editable designs, and code are handed over
• Full commercial usage and resale rights transfer to the client
• LEVANA DIGITAL retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (unless an NDA is signed)

9. Refund Policy

• Advance payment is adjusted only against completed & approved work
• Once a milestone is approved and delivered, that portion becomes non-refundable
• Full refund is processed only if LEVANA DIGITAL is unable to start the project within 30 days of payment

10. Termination

Either party may end the collaboration with written notice. The client pays only for work completed and approved up to the termination date.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
